NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility: The "Loews King Kong Vacation Sweepstakes” (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam and the U.S Virgin Islands), who are at least 14 years of age or older at the time of entry. Prizes won in the name of a minor will be awarded to the parent or legal guardian for the benefit of the minor. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers and directors of Loews Cineplex Theatres, Inc., ("Sponsor"), Universal Studios, COHEN-FRIEDBERG ASSOCIATES, LLC, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, immediate family members (parents, grandparents, children, siblings and spouses of each), and household members of such employees, officers and directors are not eligible to win.

2. How to enter: To enter, complete the official electronic Loews King Kong Vacation sweepstakes site http://www.enjoytheshow.com/king Kong (the "Website"). The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM (EST) on Friday, 11/18/2005 and ends at 11:59 PM (EST) on Friday, 12/30/2005 (the "Promotion Period"). All entries must be received by 11:59 PM ET on Friday 12/30/2005. The Website's clock will be the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes. LIMIT: ONE ENTRY PER PERSON AND/OR EMAIL ADDRESS. Any mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices will be disqualified. No responsibility is assumed by Sponsor for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, stolen, or for any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur. Entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet Access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. A potential winner may be requested to provide the Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry. If a dispute cannot be resolved to Sponsor's satisfaction, the entry will be disqualified. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned to entrant.

3. Winner Selection: A total of seven (101) prizes will be awarded in this promotion. Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received on or about 1/10/06. The sweepstakes will be conducted by the Judges, COHEN-FRIEDBERG ASSOCIATES, LLC whose decisions shall be final and legally binding as they pertain to this Sweepstakes. Winners will be sent their prize by mail or express delivery whichever is appropriate. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

4. Prizes: The following prizes will be awarded in this Sweepstakes.
One (1) Grand Prize: 3-night/4-day Vacation for two (2) to Universal Studios Orlando, Florida.
Prize includes the following:
• Roundtrip (coach class) air transportation from the winner’s nearest major airport.
• Three (3) nights (double occupancy) hotel accommodations.
• Passes to Universal Studios
Approximate Retail Value $3,900 air travel may vary based on departure date and location of departure. The two travelers must depart and return on the same flights on the same days. Some holiday and blackout periods may apply. All travel is based on availability of flights and hotel space. Travel must be completed within one year of award date. Prize does not include personal expenses, telephone, purchases of any kind, hotel room charges other than taxes (e.g. incidentals), or any expenses not specifically listed above. Winner and guest must have and are responsible for, providing a valid identification in order to travel. Minors must be accompanied by an adult 18 years of age or older. All travel will be planned by Universal Studios designated travel agent.

Prize note: Sponsor reserves the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value as necessary due to circumstances not under their control.
5. Notices: If any selected potential winner fails to comply with these Official Rules, cannot be located or reached, has provided an incorrect e-mail or mailing address, is determined to be ineligible, declines or fails to claim the prize, such participant will forfeit his or her opportunity to receive a prize and an alternate winner will be selected. Acceptance of any prize constitutes permission for Sponsor, and their respective advertising and promotion agencies to use winner’s name, voice and likeness, and the right to use and publish their entries, proper name, and state online and in print, or any other media for promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
6. General Conditions: By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to abide and be bound by the terms of these “Official Rules” and by the decisions of the judges (COHEN-FRIEDBERG ASSOCIATES) which are final and legally binding on all matters pertaining to this Sweepstakes. All taxes, fees, and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winners. By entering, participants release and hold Sponsor, Loews Cineplex Theatres Inc., Universal Studios, COHEN-FRIEDBERG ASSOCIATES, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents (collectively, the "Promotion Entities") harmless from and against any and all liability, losses, damages or injuries of any kind resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes related activity, or from entrants’ acceptance, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any prize. Each entrant waives the right to assert as a cost of winning a prize, any and all costs of redemption or travel to redeem said prize. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prize items once in the winner's possession.

7. Privacy: By entering into the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to Loews Cineplex Entertainment’s use of his or her personal information as described in the Website's Privacy Policy and these Official Rules. In the event of any discrepancy between the privacy policy and these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall govern. The personal information collected during the Promotion may be shared with other Sweepstakes-related parties identified on the Website entry page. Loews Cineplex Entertainment is not responsible for their use of your information collected during the Promotion.

8. Conduct: By entering this Sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules which will be posted at the Website during the Promotion Period. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or Website, violates these Official Rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, LOEWS CINEPLEX ENTERTAINMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PARTICIPANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

9. Limitations of Liability: The Promotion Entities are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in the promotion. The Promotion Entities assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Promotion Entities are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this Sweepstakes. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the end date, Sponsor may select winners in a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the event giving rise to the termination.

By entering, participants agree that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, participant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. By entering, entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state and local courts located in the state of New York.

10. Winners List or Rules: The name of the prize winners may be obtained after 1/20/2006 by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to: “Loews King Kong Vacation Sweepstakes”, PO Box 2001, Framingham, MA 01703-2001.
